This thesis helps getting an idea of the amount of effort you have to put into the development of an application (= skill) for amazon alexa. Furthermor, it clarifies and discusses, if it suits the own circumstances to jump into the Internet of Things by developing and hosting such a skill, when the own company isn’t present on the IoT yet.

"Simulation und Vorhersage von Call-Detail-Records"
The usability of an application becomes more and more important with the flood of published copies. In the case of a telephone management system, positive impressions can be made on the user with relevant contact suggestions. This thesis investigates recommender systems as well as well-known methods of classification from the field of machine learning. These are compared to simple memory-based models. In order to have enough data, methods of simulation are examined first.
